Mr. Wu went to Dunhuang twice to sketch in the past twenty years (one of which lasted for nearly a month in winter) to study the figures, colors and techniques in the murals. According to the characteristics of rock paintings, elements of Western oil paintings were incorporated, and the charm of Eastern murals was followed to create secondary creations on the incomplete murals in the caves. The work depicts a scene from the Western Paradise. Musical Bodhisattva represents a happy and peaceful Bodhisattva who plays music as an offering. Each painting is presented in different tones, with rich, harmonious and soft colors, elegant shapes and rhythmic beauty. In addition, the traditional oriental elements in the painting, such as mandala, magical instruments, auspicious clouds, etc., are a perfect representation of oriental spiritual painting!
